Nuclear energy: yesterday, today, tomorrow?

Child of the 80s, I never thought that in 2009 I will take part in anti-nuclear activities. But that is the reason why I came to Finland last week. Till July 26 "Nuclear Climate Camp" will be my home.

 

Finnish government is considering building of new nuclear power plants, sereval of them - in Lapland. Lapland and nuclear plant sounds weird enough to pay people`s attention. Put together with risks to the environment it has gathered people from the whole Finland and many other countries.
