- Who to contact in case of emergency, contact info (f.ex. phone number of family member or friend)
- When & for which days you are coming; especially if you want to come earlier or stay longer than 20 - 26 july (to help set up/take down camp!)
- Any special needs that would be useful to know of (f.ex. allergies or similar special food needs, accessibilty needs, disabilities, help with childcare, etc)
- Which languages you understand/can speak, can you help with translation f.ex. in workshops?
- If you need help with visa arrangements f.ex.
- From where you're coming: Do you want to travel with our bus
- How you can help with camp arrangements: camp setup/takedown, cooking, cleaning, childcare, something else
- If you could contribute with some special skills (f.ex. First Aid education, driving licence, making funny hats...)
- If you have some kind of program you want to create. - Also tell us what kinds of program you would want to see!
- Accomodation; are you: -bringing your own tent (recommended if you bring pets*) / -sleeping in camp tent / -sleeping indoors ?
*we recommend that you don't bring pets to the camp.
